What To Expect in a Hypnotherapy Session:

Sessions may be relaxing, creative, emotional, interesting, and enlightening.

Introductory Session:

  • We’ll discuss your issue and your desired outcome

  • You will learn about hypnosis, pattern interrupts, and self-hypnosis

  • I’ll answer any questions you have

  • I’ll guide you to a relaxed state, tap into your inner wisdom, and begin to find solutions/visualizations/tools/understandings.

Follow up Sessions:

  • We’ll discuss your progress, obstacles, and desired outcome

  • Review your learning

  • I’ll answer any questions you have

  • We’ll dive deeper into your inner wisdom, finding more solutions/visualizations/tools/understandings.

What To Expect in a Reiki Session:

During Reiki session, we’ll talk briefly about your intention for the session. Then you’re invited to relax and receive. Fully clothed, propped by pillows, blankets, you lay supine, I move my hands intuitively, placing them gently on or above your body. When complete, we may share insights. Each session is uniquely energizing.
