About Luana

Throughout my 60+ years in this earthly body, I have experienced, received valuable teachings about human vitality and suffering. I feel honored to share my discoveries and gifts with anyone interested in improving their life, health and wellbeing.

In 1996, I discovered the magic of Reiki and Yoga. When I connected with these life-changing gems, my heart opened (among other things) and I became more spacious and loving. Fast forward twenty-seven years… Reiki and Yoga continue to warm my heart, create spaciousness in my body, and inspire new growth to be a better human being.

In 2013, midst a transformative life coach training in Costa Rica, I was inspired to learn the art of hypnosis. In 2016, I became certified in Hypnosis through the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists). When I became skilled at using hypnosis to engage the subconscious and superconscious, my ability to help other humans to make life changes blossomed, and continues to flourish.

The positive transformational effects I witness when I practice Reiki and Hypnosis (and sub-modalities) with others and myself encourage and fascinate me. Our creative and wise subconscious and superconscious connections are so powerful and I love co-creating in this field and serving in this way!
